For damaged goods: If an item is damaged, please notify us via email at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving it so we can process a claim and either get you a replacement or refund.
Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please notify us via email at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your shipment so that we may authorize a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
